Writing task 2 (an essay) Some companies are closing their offices one day per week to save energy (gas, electricity). What are the advantages and disadvantages of this? IELTS – SITIOS DE INTERNET DONDE PRACTICAR

Existe una gran variedad de sitios en internet donde practicar para presentar las pruebas de IELTS y TOEFL. Sin embargo, hay que tener cuidado porque puede ser que si bien estos sitios consideren lo que es la mecanica del examen, los contenidos de las pruebas tipo pueden no tener el nivel de la prueba real dandonos la falsa sensacion de que estamos mas preparados para presentar el examen de los que realmente estamos.

De la misma manera la practica en linea puede tener un efecto positivo para el TOEFL que se presenta en internet, pero en el caso de IELTS este examen se presente en papel, po lo que es mejor acostumbrarse a practicar con material impreso en vez de hacerlo en linea.
El consejo es investigar antes de usar estos sitios y, mas que usarlos, tratar de practicar con bibliografia de editoriales con reputacion que si mantengan e incluso superen los niveles de exigencia de las pruebas y asi asegurarnos de que el material de estudio sea adecuado al nivel de manejo del idioma que la prueba requiere.
